Unlike external firms, our design process is handled entirely in-house, meaning fewer handovers, greater accuracy, and a deeper understanding of your block’s potential. We do not limit you to two or three drafts, we refine the design until it is just right.

Step 2: Site Surveys and Tailored Planning

Once your initial vision is shaped, we arrange site surveys to ensure your design works seamlessly with your land’s slope, access, and orientation. This step allows us to prepare a detailed and realistic plan with no guesswork or inflated promises.

Step 3: Compliance, 3D Renders and Tender Presentation

Next, your design is handed over to Paul, our in-house draftsperson and compliance specialist, who ensures your plans meet council and regulatory requirements. We also generate 3D renders so you can visualise your future home in detail before the construction begins. At this point, we present a fully transparent tender with John personally walking you through every detail.

Step 4: Final Approvals, Scheduling and Pre-Construction

We will move into the scheduling and approvals stage once you have signed off on the design and pricing. This includes engineering documentation, BASIX requirements, and coordination with your council or private certifier. Our team, led by Bob (general manager) and Joe (master builder), ensures no corners are cut and timelines are realistic.
